At XME.digital, 2025 became the year when separate products and components were brought under a single platform logic. What used to solve individual problems was connected into a system designed for tightly coupled environments.
Today, XME.digital is a lightweight, modular Digital Service Platform that helps teams modernize customer-facing and integration layers without replacing their entire IT stack.
Here’s what else this year changed for our users and us beyond positioning.
Product progress
B2B Portal: foundation for business customers
The B2B portal became a core product priority, addressing the need for a structured and scalable way to serve business customers. The backend MVP is fully implemented, and the Profile page for business clients is complete, establishing a foundation for controlled self-service access and further expansion of B2B functionality.
Webhook service: event-driven integrations
We implemented the Webhook service as a client-driven enterprise component and a core building block of the platform. It supports Kafka and HTTP event ingestion, applies lightweight transformations, and delivers events to subscribers, providing a governed layer for near real-time integrations without point-to-point dependencies.
UX Layout Configurator: configuration-first dashboards
We implemented the initial version of the UX Layout Configurator, enabling a configuration-first way to build dashboards and interfaces. Teams can assemble layouts and manage widgets using no-code tools, without hard-coded structures or changes to system configuration.
Industry presence & ecosystem growth

This year was rich in milestone moments for our team. XME.digital delegates were present at 37+ industry events as speakers, attendees, and exhibitors.
We also became members of several industry organizations to collaborate with strong teams in Ukraine and internationally. Our aim is to advance digital transformation efforts jointly, and continuously improve our product in support of this goal.
ETIS membership

XME.digital joined ETIS, a non-profit organisation that brings together major European telecom operators and technology providers in a trusted, peer-level environment. The community includes experts from Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2, Ericsson, Oracle, Comarch, and others. Throughout the year, our С-level team, Victor Kmita, Lesia Kasian, Anatolii Medvedchuk, and Ievhen Chupryna took part in multiple ETIS gatherings, contributing to discussions as speakers and participants.
Diia.City.Union and Diia City United membership
XME.Digital became a member of Diia.City.Union, an organization focused on developing Ukraine’s IT industry, and Diia City United — a tech business association that creates a game-changing space for tech companies to scale globally from Ukraine. Since joining, the XME.Digital team has already taken part in several events and initiatives supported by Diia City United and Diia.City.Union, contributing to industry discussions and shared activities within the community.
UA_EU_Cluster 5.0 initiative participation

As participants of the Chernihiv.IT Cluster, we joined the UA_EU_Cluster 5.0 project, co-funded by the European Union and partnered with X23, Madan Parque, CCIC, AFIL, ICI Cluster, the University of Bergamo, and the Chernihiv.IT Cluster.
As part of this project, the XME.Digital delegation visited SMAU Milano 2025, gaining valuable operational insights and holding productive meetings.
MWC Barcelona 2025

Trips to Mobile World Congress have become a tradition for the XME.digital team. This spring, we had the opportunity to showcase the integration middleware component of the XME.Digital Service Platform alongside the Stella #5 self-service builder. The experience was intense and productive. We’re grateful to the organizers and everyone who visited our booth for the conversations and engagement throughout the event.
SMB Workshop by XME.digital
In May, we hosted an SMB-focused workshop at our Kyiv office in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association. Nearly 30 company leaders from the SMB segment gathered for five hours of concentrated strategic work and discussion. The event brought together representatives from Devlight, Prozorro, Itellectsoft, Stfalcon, and others, and generated strong, practical feedback from participants.
Looking ahead
We continue investing in a Design System to keep the platform consistent and controllable as it grows. At the same time, the team is deeply involved in building Generative UI to make it easier for platform users to create and modify product interfaces.
Another key direction of our work is to improve the Self-Service Portal further and define how services are accessed and managed across the platform.
We’ll be showcasing the first tangible results of this work at Mobile World Congress 2026.
Thanks to everyone who worked with us, challenged us, and shared this year with us. Wishing you a calm end of the year and a solid start to the next one.
